About Samantha

Peterborough is home.
Relationships come first.

I grew up here, built my life here and have spent my career working with people. Real estate may be what I do, but relationships have always been at the centre of how I do it.

Relationship-First Real Estate

The transaction has never been the most important part to me. The relationship is.

Buying or selling a home is a big decision, but it's also a very human one. There are plans, questions, emotions, families, finances and a lot of life happening around the paperwork. I believe good real estate service makes room for all of it.

Where It Started

Service was part of my story long before real estate was.

Before real estate, I spent more than a decade working in hospitality. It shaped the way I think about service — and probably more importantly, the way I think about people.

Hospitality taught me to notice the details, anticipate what someone might need, communicate quickly and make people feel looked after without making the experience feel complicated.

I didn't leave those lessons behind when I moved into real estate. They're still at the centre of the way I work today.

The details matter. The experience matters. And people should know that someone is paying attention.

Peterborough & The Kawarthas

Local knowledge is different when local is home.

I've called Peterborough home my whole life. This isn't simply an area I learned because I work in real estate — it's where I've grown up, built relationships and created a life.

I know Peterborough and the surrounding communities through lived experience as much as through market data: the neighbourhoods, the roads, the rural pockets, the lakes and the little differences between one area and the next.

That perspective matters whether you're moving across town, coming to the area for the first time or deciding where your next chapter should happen.

More than anything, I care about this community because it's mine too.

Beyond The Transaction

The transaction ends.
The relationship shouldn't.

I don't measure a successful client relationship by whether someone bought or sold a house. I want to be the person you feel comfortable calling when you have a question — whether that's next month or years from now.

Sometimes that means helping with another move. Sometimes it's helping a parent, a child or a friend. And sometimes it's simply answering a real estate question because you weren't sure who else to ask.

What You Can Expect From Me

Good service should feel personal.

There isn't one script that works for every client or every property. But there are a few things you can always expect from me.

01

I'll tell you what I think.

My job is to give you useful advice, even when it isn't necessarily the answer you were hoping for.

02

I'll explain the why.

You should understand the reasoning behind the advice you're getting so you can make decisions with confidence.

03

I'll pay attention to the details.

The little things have a habit of becoming big things in real estate. I believe in catching them early.

04

I'll communicate.

You shouldn't have to wonder what's happening with one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make.

05

I'll stay involved.

From our first conversation through closing, I'm there to help you understand what is happening and what comes next.

06

I'll make it yours.

Your goals, timing and circumstances should shape the plan — not the other way around.

ONE Real Estate Group

ONE Real Estate Group

Collaboration over competition.

I believe clients are better served when good people share ideas, experience and perspective.

As a partner with ONE Real Estate Group, I work alongside a collaborative group of experienced real estate professionals who believe in supporting one another and, ultimately, giving our clients more.

You still have a direct relationship with me. ONE simply means there is more knowledge, more perspective and more support behind that relationship when it's useful.

At The Heart Of It

Home has always been about more than the house.

Family, gathering, good food, familiar faces and the people around the table — those are the things that make a place feel like home to me.

That's probably part of why I've always been drawn to the relationship side of real estate. A house can be measured in square feet, bedrooms and sale price, but that's rarely the whole reason someone cares about it.

Behind almost every move is something bigger: a growing family, a new beginning, a change in lifestyle, a difficult transition or simply the feeling that it's time for something different.

Understanding that part matters to me.

Let's Start There

We should probably start with a conversation.

Whether you're thinking about buying, selling, moving to Peterborough or simply trying to figure out what comes next, you don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out.
