It’s a good time to buy if you’re ready—not just if the market is.
That means:

- You’re planning to stay for a few years
- You feel comfortable with your monthly payments
Trying to perfectly time the market rarely works.
The buyers who feel the most confident are the ones who:
- Understand value
- Act when the right home comes up
- Have a clear strategy (not just a wish list)
What Buyers Are Getting Wrong Right Now
Many buyers are waiting—hoping prices or interest rates will drop.
But here’s what often happens:
- When prices dip, more buyers enter the market → competition increases
- When rates drop, affordability improves → demand rises
The result?
Waiting can sometimes cost more than acting strategically now.
What I’m Seeing With My Buyers
The buyers I’m working with right now who feel the most confident are the ones who:
- Took time to understand the market
- Got clear on their numbers
- Shifted from waiting for “perfect” to looking for “right for them”
And when the right home comes up—they’re ready.
My Advice If You’re Thinking About Buying
Instead of asking:
“Is now the perfect time?”
Ask:
